Born in New York City, Miriam Brumer got an MFA in Painting from Boston University, MA. Her paintings and drawings have been included in recent exhibitions at Skoto Gallery, Bravinlee Programs and McKenzie Fine Art (New York, NY), Elisa Contemporary Art (Riverdale, NY), Paula Sharp Gallery (Haifa, Israel) and Rupert Ravens Contemporary (Newark, NJ). Her work is in the permanent collections of JPMorgan Chase, Bell Laboratories, and private collections. Several of her paintings will be featured in “Art Connections 11” at the University Galleries of Montclair State College in January, 2015. She lives and works in New York City.
